The Quality Assurance & Facilities Specialist is responsible for coordinating the Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) process throughout the agency as well as the property management tasks for the central office building and Family Care KIDS preschool property. As a QA Specialist, you will develop and/or update policies and procedures and provide high-level administrative support by developing tools, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, recording minutes, and scheduling meetings.

Minimum requirements include 3+ years of experience in social or clinical services. A bachelor’s degree in social work or human services is preferred. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, Adobe PDF, and database programs is required.
