Now, we’re looking for a passionate Foster Family/DCS Adoption Specialist to join our Southern Arizona team and help us continue this life-changing work.

As the Foster Family/DCS Adoption Specialist, you will:

• Conduct home studies and assess families for foster care and adoption readiness.
• Support families through the licensing and adoption process with compassion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and serve as a liaison with DCS.
• Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Family & Marriage Studies, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in parenting support, counseling, or in-home services.
• A heart for ministry and a desire to serve children and families in crisis.
